      why you put your photos here? why do you not wish to send the device in White's Corp laboratory for all sized testing? send and White's will do all work I believe!

              I think you'll find that you're making a mountain out of a molehill.

              Minelabs lodged a complaint against Whites concerning a potential patent infringement. There was no mention of industrial espionage involved, so you can forget the conspiracy theory.
              This sort of complaint happens all the time between rival companies, and the only people who get rich over it are the lawyers.

                Well Geo, I contacted this morning an 'insider' of this case as I too wanted to know how this was going.
                This person told me that Whites proposed an agreement, as they would lose the case in court anyway. Minelab agreed and this was settled out of court.
