        Hi erdin
Microcontrollers HEX file is a file that was produced by one of the programming languages like C were introduced this file on another program to change the codes to get it HEX file.
--This file contains all the input and output orders for controlling.
--There are ways and other programs to get it directly.
--then how programmed by the programmer.
        --i hope that explained information.
        --Use Google will find everything.
