    videoclip avi 5MB
    http://uploadmirrors.com/download/0L...reme_depth.rar

The relative small can was detetable at over 1 meter / 3 ft. inside
a house plus including EMI from the outside (what you can hear
in the video is the interference of alot nearby cars (both is audible,
cars plus the detected noise of them).

And the detector uses a relative small coil for such a distance!

At an em-smog free region this detector of course won't have
to deal with all of this noise and would go even better!

The can has exactly 3'' diameter (7.5cm) and is made of usual
    foot can sheet metal.

This is all the info I can give out, I'm really sorry, BUT:

Here in this forum are nasty persons that call very good detectors
I own Toys or Nintendo etc. over and over and over again and now
they will pay the "first" price!

As a concequence because of this persons no one here will
get the name of the detector that gets the 3'' can @ over 1m!

    NO ONE! NEVER! NEVER EVER!

Now say thanks to all those dirty opionion spammers here!

Because I don't throw my good detectors in those pigs mud!

THANK YOU ******* opinion spammers! Thx alot!

I'm shure those are also know how a femal orgasm feels!

Just by guessing and indirectly information those are
thinking they can find out everything! Laughable!

Dont own the detectors and have no idea at all but
messing up this forum with hundreds of disgusting
spam postings and insulting all the good detectors!

This has to come to an end, this has a high price!

You don't play with me, opinion spammers!

I really hope everyone here starts to hate them!

But those who really wanna know the name of this detector
will have no problem at all, because our everything knowing
opinion spammers for shure will tell them the name!

Don't forget, those know everything and they are having
the right for judging and insulting every- and anything!!!

And I'm almost shure those ridiculous persons will tell
you that the shown MD is worth nothing anyway!

So everything is fine, just forget about it and listen to those
very nice people and their extremly precious opinion-posts!

And those will tell you this video is a fake and scam anyway.
So again another fantastic "proof' no one should cares about it...

Our "femal-orgasm knowers" are knowing everything much
much better than the person that deals in reality with this stuff!

This "dragging everything into dirt"-spammers are responsible!

Don't blame me! No sane person here would give out precious
information to the enemy that will take this info, threats it like
scum or filth and uses it against the person who provides it!

    ...thank you, opinion spammers!...

After some outside tests here's an update
how my newest special detector performs:
                ______________________________________

It's really super sensitive, but it's not for beginners.

I found very small nails with it but also a deep
buried 45x35 alu-plate from 1m above the ground.

The detector is immune against electro-smog but
it hears the sparks of 1km away trains.

It detects the ground if not set the right way.
There is a phantom signal by fast sweeping if
Ground balance is set at over 3.

The influence field of very small nails is still
detectable 20cm above and around if the nail
is buried 10cm deep. With middle huge coil.

The coil detects steel-cap shoes from 50cm distance
                from the side.

Discrimination works but reduces the sensitivity alot.

The design is wrong: far too heavy after a few hours.
There really should be a hang around the neck unit.
But the coil is very lightweight for it's size.

There is seperate threshold and sensitivity tuning.
Working with sens at max is possible, but threshold
must be set at just 1,5 otherwise the reset button
no longer get's the speaker quiet.

The price for this MD is below 600 Euro. And another
puzzle part of the perhaps never solved riddle:

25 years ago the used technology was a military secret!

A person traced with the predecessor model
                a 15 cm (6'') diameter pipeline buried 1,5m
and the coil he used was just slightly larger.

I guess the sensitivity absolutly is not
                beatable but the disadvantages are:

                - discriminates cavity and mineralic stones
                - 35% sensitivity reduction while discrimination
                - phantom signals while very fast coil movement plus
while ground balance set to higher than 3 and up to 10
                - without "hang around neck"-modification far too heavy
                - coil-ground distance shall not variable too much otherwise
the detector reacts with wrong and even constant signals

So everybody be thankful that WM6 makes ridicule and scorn
out of any good detector, because that way you don't have to
deal with all this disadvantages and save yourself the money!

I'm feeling really sorry for the 'good guys' who would need
to know the name of this ultra depth detector but I have to
protect this MD against evil, mean and defamatory attacks,
because it would be me who is connected with this detector.

                This whole thing is kinda:
"If you say something bad against my wife you hit me, too!"

I had two Yugoslavian military detectors, and they could easily pick up a can at 1 meter and more, but they are unsuitable for any real gold detecting (and they had military secret tag on it), anyway if you wanted to keep a secret you did not need to post anything here, you should go on field and discover the underground chambers full of gold and get rich, or post some real results with videos or better with some schematics.

Is this a standard commercial machine, or have you modified it?
One of my machines can perform an unusual 'trick'. It can detect a switched-off Garrett propointer at a ridiculous 2.5 metres away. The detector coil is stationary, like in your test, and the propointer only needs to be moved a small amount to give a detectable signal. Even with a 5 inch (13cm) coil fitted, it will pick it up over 1 metre away.

                        Hi Skippy,

The propointer will do that!!! They cause problems with PI detectors. The pulse from a PI charges up the coil in the pointer and then during the off time the pointer oscillates. I do a small mod to them that uses a miniature relay to disconnect the coil from the cct and connects a 1k resistor across the coil. The relay also needs to switch the power on to the unit(use dpdt) otherwise the micro is setting the threshold level and the coil is not turned on properly and the threshold is set too low. This causes it to give false signals when held in free air!

If you attempt to pull it apart, make sure the power switch is on(pushed in) otherwise bye bye pointer! Also you need to be careful putting them back together as the coil lead can get jammed while sliding the board in.

The other thing that can be done is to make an alfoil pouch for it to live in. This gets rid of most of the problem.

Funfinder, I could pick up a can like that with a coil that size with my minelab. With the Gb set correctly it makes no false signals when lifting and lowering the coil. Also it does not make false noises if it is swung too fast with a coil that size. A couple of weeks ago I dug a 1.2m hole and found a sheet(or smaller piece) of roof iron with a 12" coil the ground looked undisturbed. I think there must be an old shallow drive below. The ground was very hard!!!

                        Cheers Mick

Why the yugoslavian MD doesn't detect any gold?

Mine locates all kind of stuff except cavity and mineralic stones.
I guess the smallest thing it can detect could be a 2mm nugget
at 10cm depth, but I have to test it first.

I don't like making a secret out of this great detector, you know
the culprit who agitates against my real good detectors without
any respect, personal experience and technical product details!

                          @ TH Jim
                          > There is no point in telling us any of the fabulous features

The depth is real and there is a point for me - fighting back
evil and maniac-skeptical attacks that have the intention to
drag any true information and good detector into the dirt.
The counterstrike must hurt otherwise it has no effect.

                          @ Skippy
This is a commercial product. Yesterday I modified it but
not electronically. Neck hanging unit weight modification.
I'm also able now to use the 14.8 v Jeohunter LiIon-pack.
The coil cable was extended, too, by 5 50cm cinch cables.
So perhaps it could be possible the coil uses 5 different
loops or it contains a spiral coil with five connections.

                          > It can detect a switched-off Garrett propointer at a
                          ridiculous 2.5 metres away.

There was no trick involved in my video-clip at all.
But I found out there seems to be a discharge reaction time
after a strong EM-pulse or a weak metal target or a ground-
                          distortion occured.

The detecion-circuit is slightly overloaded for around a half
second which could have been intended to "keep" the very
weak signals for a short time so those are detectable at all.
Comparable with the traces in an atomicparts-fogchamber.

Because this detector recognises even very weak changes
of fieldstrenghts it will detect the changing mineralization
                          level of the ground.

Perhaps I will modify this because the threshold "pulses"
and "oscillates" too much for my taste. However:

The detector using person is the limit for such detectors:

Muscles - because you must move the coil at a minimum
of 60cm distance from the feets, time because the slower
and more exact the coil is swept the more sensitivity you
can get and experience, to recognise all the good signals.

                          @ Mechanic
The Minelab is good for gold hunting but for a very high price.
2 days ago I saw a report on german DMAX channel of 2 gold-
hunters at the Australian outback. The weight of those MDs is
real heavy and the P.I. disc a special thing, but the GPX 5000
locates a coin at 15'' and may find a can in air at 1 meter, too.

                            Hi Funfinder,

Yes a new ML is expensive, but what about a 2nd hand one? anything from a sd2000 onwards will do a great job finding coins and artifacts. However the 2000 and 2100 don't have discrim, that started with the 2200. Also you need to use a DD coil for discrim to work. Alot of people over here don't trust the ML discriminator because in heavily mineralized soils(lots of iron content) the detector can blank out a good gold target tricking the operator into thinking the target is rubbish. In ground that has little iron content I think it would be a lot more reliable.

You could modify that detector by using a micro to control the pulse timings.... I think it would be a winner!

BTW What are the pictures at the bottom of your post????

                            Cheers Mick

Thanx for the info. Because I would modify the detector anyway
and most of the time I'm hunting in allmetal-mode a cheap or
secondhand Minelab of course could be an interesting option.

But if pulse indiction really would be that much better for depth
compared with flv/tr/ib every serious MD company would have
concentrated his work to get usable discrimination for P.I.
since a very long time already.

Pulse Induction is not better - it is just a waste of battery power -
because what really counts is a tough induction-field created by
a powerful coil (and not by a few wires some PI frames have)
plus what also really counts is a stable signal noise ratio in
relation to good field penetration depth - and P.I.s simply
don't can achieve good signal noise ratio with those delays
and waiting times and breaks and all this additional stuff.

If a strong 500v PI pulse hits hot rocky ground it
simply cannot "reflect" a good distinctable signal.

The only real usage for PI is with lightweight 1m coils
to cover a huge area of ground or for light mineralized
all-metal search areas like gold fields - but even those
are already highly contaminated by iron-crap and trash
as I could see at this australian doku a few days ago.

And instead of a 30cm coil Minelab should create a coil
with three 10cm coils in a row - would be much better
for those very tiny to very seldom small gold-nuggets.

The mod. now is finished, at least the volume
of the speaker was made more silent by a resistor
because it was too loud even at the minimum setting.

Finally I will paint special parts black like the holder
you can see above on the right incl. reset button.
The left picture shows the pirate treasure box.
