The circuit of the Russian web posted as "Electronic Biolocator" http://radiotech.by.ru/Shematic_PCB.../biolokator.htm is the same of the original schematic by German issue Elektor (1987), published in Spanish as "ZahorÃ* electrónico", means a device for to locate water electronically by interchanging ions principle. Compare the both schematics.
