I just ran across these exciting, free how-to plans and tons of information on building ROVs. 1st: check out www.makezine.com, 2nd: www.rollette.com/rovrev2/ .

I hope that I am not posting in the wrong area, so please forgive me if that is so. Anyway, I am thrilled to run upon these interesting site. Yahoo groups has a ROV do-it- yourself group too! Also these ideas, plans, etc pertain to building underwater, motor propelled monitoring vehicles.
