Are you sure you want one of these?
Look at the antenna. It swings back and forth to supposedly point to the target.
It is a dowsing rod in disguise!

Read Chapter 13 ->
Inside the METAL DETECTOR - Published September 2012

A guy here has one and he was having big problems with it. Said it kept turning to the left only. Also said the compass did not work right. After attempting to use it for three weeks he sent it back to the factory. I really don't think you want one of those. Even before he sent it back he said it was useless in any wind. He said the factory said they were having problems with it. Haven't heard from him since.

Your best chances are with MFD type equipment, something that uses a frequency generator. Contact Dell Winders in Haines City, FL. He knows.

Forget about the MFD as well. It's total nonsense.

OK - we can fix that very easily.
Please go to this link ->
LRLs
and read the whole sad story about LRLs and dowsing, by clicking on the sections on the left-hand side.
I think you're starting to get the message. ;)

Regarding MFDs:
Here is a report on the stuff that Dell Winders sells. To be fair, Dell no longer sells this particular one, but he does have other (similar) devices ->
Dell Systems VR-800

Here is a project that tells you how to build an MFD yourself, for a lot less money than it costs to buy one from Dell. It's also guaranteed to equal or exceed the performance of any other MFD available. ->
Build an MFD

And lastly, the thing that LRL proponents fear the most ->
A Double-Blind Test for LRLs

Please read this information thoroughly, and save yourself a lot of wasted time and money.

Links are welcome, but if the video is more than 60 seconds it darn well better be interesting.

So asking in advance of your posting the link,

1. Is it more than 60 seconds?

2. If so, what makes it interesting enough to be worth watching?

3. What makes the product being demo'd different from the other well known Electroscope frauds? To put it another way, does the video explain why this product should be taken seriously even though the historic Electroscope product line has (to my knowledge) never ventured outside the fraud territory?

Mr Cleo is an LRL distributor. Have a look at his homepage.

Dave J. 06-15-2013 10:35 AM

Thanks, I took a look.

Its obvious that Cleo and I know the same thing about LRL's, the only difference is what we ought to say about them. I begin by saying that the things are outright frauds and the manufacturers of same obviously know that the things are outright frauds-- and that all you have to do to find out, is to "read the advertisement." If you refuse to do that, the manufacturer and myself come into agreement: you should be punished, buy the product. After all, you knew what it really wasn't before you wrote the check.

OK ... so you buy your products from a distributor (who gets them direct from the manufacturer) and you sell them to your customers. The point is that you are a seller of LRLs, not an unbiased observer.
