Just so you know, I have done experiments over the last 30+ years with the frequency generators. Pretty much done exactly what you have--an L-rod with crystals inside hooked up to a frequency generator. i don't who who first got the idea to run the freq through the rod, but it's misguided.
I don't know how much power going through that rod, but the idea of holding that up near your body makes me uneasy.
