Probably not... the Vertex is just a dowsing rod. If you're running tests on known visible targets, then you will likely get false positives. Testing a subjective-response device MUST be done in a double-blind manner.

Yes... Afilani sticks all kinds of nonsense into his products. For the non-technical casual observer, it looks technical so they feel better about spending all that money on it. But if you trace it all out, and you understand circuitry, you'll find it doesn't do anything. After you strip off the do-nothing window dressing, what you're left with is a very expensive dowsing rod.
