Hi Max, I'm sure I had an address from very good firm would give best services of satellite pictures. very high quality pictures from recent week and from the height you selected from 60 Cm above the ground to 700 meters, but however I searched my archive found nothing.
just found an email from a firm with satellite services;

I don't know if still is valid and be useful or not.the last connection was for 2003.
