Not just God...... the manufacturer also knows. And they know the same thing-- that the gizmo is a fraud. The way the manufacturer wrote the advertisement proves they know it's a fraud.
It's also recognizeably a direct descendant of the Mineoro, the best known and very well documented fraud of this particular type.

And it's cheaper than the IONIC too! You'd probably need a wheelbarrow for the power supply though.

This is a diploma engineer and his (in my opinion overpriced)
highend-power Pulse Induction units look personally developed.
And it's "Made In Germany"-Quality standards, not China.

Price - Amazing Price
You'll also need a wheelbarrow for the money they are asking. Lot cheaper to build a charge detector for $20 of parts and hook a meter to output.
