vlf transmitter for any reciver

I found this circuit from net .I think that is a powerful transmitter for vlf wave.
I think it is appropriate to gold gun 817 and other vlf reciver
But deleted values companenc.Please help to find parts valuse.

Most of the component values are there, but you don't have the tapped coil value or where the taps are located. You could try experimenting with tap-positions on the coil, but it is probably better to get a circuit that you know works for your application, has all the component values in detail and even better has the PCB layout.
