a question, please the MCLR microcontroller is connected to GND through a push button and the other is connected to VDD through a resistor R11: 10K, what is the proper setup

At the beginning your scientific and electronic approach to the LRL end PD experiments was looking technical, impartial and interesting.
Then, probably having to answer so many questions from credulous people,you progressively fell into the dark side.
Too bad, you have now reached Hung´s level

I suppose all electronic LRL experimenters, after confronted to the inevitable failure, falls into two categories: The ones that admits it simply doesn´t work, and the others, that need to find some subterfuge, and convert their non-working electronic LRL into a disguised dowsing device, relying on selective memory to feel happy, and eventually scam people.

MAYBE my friend but you are wrong dear...

I have 3 years build this LRL and test it and and exprimenté in land area and anywhere so people that want to exprimentation
I am an expert in the field in the first place and also a researcher treasure for 28 years I'm not young or started me today to make the treasure hunt but in 1986 I built my first VLF detector .

I know all the stuff LRL market and also they make people and society my friend.

I know what people think and say so . I am not interrested them.
My principle is to test my LRL with your methods and with their hands. and how you want?
Finally here is the circuit before you, quite sour for this connoisseur field.

for me I sold 50 aircraft . I had problem with 3 people per betises transport only. No other claims and that because of people's trust in me
