Surprising, gold and platinum has tendency for to attract electrons as much as polyester.

Perhaps you should try using teflon on the inside of the sensing chamber.

In the contrary Teflon has to go on the outer surface of the chamber, and metal inside :-)

Hey superfreq, congratulations. You're smart and figured it out. That's exactly how Mineoro's ionic chamber is built. Only they use PVC.
        But the assembling is critical.

Qiaozhi... you have reason regarding the idea for to use this kind of material. As Hung said, Mineoro use PVC... for the same reason!!!

            LOCATING PVC PIPE

Perhaps it's PVC's ability to attract electrons is the reason my products, X-SCAN, & the simple non-electronic FIND-IT HELPER are so successful in locating, and tracing buried PVC pipe.

              Not the answer

All these materials have been tried to no avail. Dicky spys are still the big problem that has to be solved. I am starting to think that pepper spray may be the answer.

I thought I just said these products are working great for detecting and tracing buried PVC pipe. 2 Plumbing contractors are using them now. More will follow as word get's out.

What qualifies you to say it's not an answer to detecting PVC pipe if you haven't tried it. Dell

Obtaining electricity of the noise (carbon)

                    More source, but by noise
