2009 will it be the same as 1980?

We are going into 2009,hope to see what new in the world of LRL.
This is what I know for 2008.....Zero for a working unit that anyone can use.

Now for 2009 how about that 10 foot detection for a ring(14k to 18k).The key is that circuits must work for anyone.I will fly to Carl and take his MONEY
