So far we know 2 stars that emit strong and accurate signals capable of regulating the pulsar clock's.
The signals come clearly to the radio telescopes.
The thought is simple, If tuning of a capable receiver to the pulsar stellar pulse would be sufficient to detect a configuration of a buried metal.
