Fantastic

- the first "treasure" already was found - 3 FETs, 1 Thyristor and some other stuff!

(most of them from an old Macintosh Plus TV-Unit board)

I haven't found any 2N3819 or MPF102 but I'll check if mine work the same good or even better.
