Must be a language issue here. I told you the guy has a webpage and a facebook page. Supposedly the schematic is on facebook. I did a search for darke machina machine shop. He;s the guy to talk to, he modified the Bill Jensen plans. BTW, the schematic is different than what you posted. In the end you are getting a swivel handle device that takes a very long time to learn. Don't believe all the hype.

I thank you for the tips, unfortunately Facebook does not work in my country. even through the link I will not get to the facebook page. I found the site for the manufacture that you recommended to find, wrote to the mail, but without a response. Maybe they didn't check their mail. I'm only interested in the turning frame device. I want to understand what is the meaning of such a design with a reel in the handle. How does the coil in the turning frame work.
